I liked the rep that came out.

I like the fact there are no chemicals used. I liked that the carpet was not so stiff as it has been in the past with chemical cleaning companies I've used. Pricing is a little high but I'm happy with the results and also the technician was very polite and professional.

Your process works great. I was really surprised at how clean you got my carpet. It's been a month and none of the old stains have returned like I've seen happen with other cleanings. The gentleman you sent out was very pleasant. Great customer service. On schedule, came when you promised. Just all around great service. Often times thats hard to find. Cost is too high

The stains in the carpet were very minimal and yet they still remain. Also, I expected the grout to be cleaned completely. I have had this service done previously and every grout line was back to its original color. This wasn't even close.

The process used by your company really picks up the dirt and does not seem to leave a residue behind on the carpet. Worker was very professional and concerned about customer satisfaction.

The guy who came and cleaned the carpets was very nice and helpful. I had stains and smoke smell in the carpet from renters who had smoked in the house. The smell is gone, but the stains have unfortunately quickly returned.
