It works, no crunchy carpet
Quick and effective. Definitely a better system than the traditional alternative.
Some areas missed in cleaning; I.e. behind doors...
I was very impressed with the two employees who came to my house and worked like dogs to "save" the carpet my renter nearly destroyed. They were knowledgeable, considerate, and professional.

I can't tell you how many carpet cleaners that I have tried. Every time it was the same problem! My carpets were wet for days and they were so crunchy that you could hear yourself walking on them. I thought that my carpets were ruined and that I was going to have to buy new carpeting throughout the house. Needless to say I was extremely skeptical! I decided to call Zerorez because I kept hearing about them on the radio. My gosh...Zerorez is amazing!!! My carpets were dry within hours and they were just beautiful! They were also extremely courteous on the phone and they had incredible follow-up. I will never have to try another carpet cleaner, which makes me very happy! Thank you Zerorez!

The tech that did the work was great.
Still in the process of getting out a couple of stains. This is the third trip. Sure hope it finally comes out. You have been very pleasant and have come back at no charge, but you were recommended to me by a friend because she said that the stains came out the first time and did not bleed back through. Not the case here.

It cleaned our carpet and tile very nicely and did not leave a lingering oder to contend with.
The ceramic tile came out very clean.
we did the spot treatment at an additional $25 a spot for the cat mess and it didn't help the smell returned and it seems like it was just a huge waste of our money. I know for a fact the cat hasn't made anotehr mess on the carpet as we put a gate up so he couldn't get to the cleaned carpet. I am pretty sure I wasted my money with your company.
How clean our carpet and funiture are. Also, the friendly and efficient service.

Of my rooms being larger but almost 150.00 more is ridiculous. Especially when you advertise that you clean 3 rooms for 129.00. I will NEVER refer your services to anyone I know!! In fact, I will make it a point to tell my friends that you overcharge your customers!!! You will not have my returned business!!
I like that the "empowered water" does not leave the carpet crusty. Also the tech rep was friendly and efficient.
