I think the product was very good, I am happy with the results. However, the cost is double what I have paid from your competitors
Loved all the carpet that cleaned except the traffic place going into my bedroom. Guess I waited too get it cleaned.
Very friendly, professional service personnel that arrived on time ready to clean. My carpets looked great when he was finished.
The technician was very professional. When he got to our home, one of the hoses would not work. He drove to Mesa and came back to finish his work. The carpets look new and they dried in about four hours. The carpet is so soft, I run around barefoot all the time. Thanks.

Although most of the carpet areas were cleaned well, there are two small areas that don't look good. The soil level for these areas was the same as some that cleaned well. I was told by the technician that I could not ask you to fix anything without paying again so I did not call. Actually I'm glad you sent me this feedback request. Hopefully you will want to fix this.

The two guys were great,
My carpets were in pretty good shape going in . they carpets felt a little crunchy the next morning. We vacuumed them and that help.
I like that the product you use is empowered water and safe for the environment. It dries quickly and it looks really nice! It lasts a long time and doesn't smell like chemicals in my home when you are done.

Our carpets were pretty beat up and Zerorez made them look great. We even had one minor spot that needed to be redone and they came back without hesitation.

Carpet took a day to dry, carpet was "crunchy" which you claim your cleaning product does not do like other traditional cleaners that use soap and the fact that you consider a room to be limited at 300 sq ft.
Zerorez does a great job cleaning my carpet. There are not a lot of chemicals and my carpet isn't soaked for days afterwards. The technicians were very professional and helpful as we discussed a couple of stains.
