Not sure. The quality of the service between the first time I used Zerorez and this last time is vastly different. Not sure if it's the tech or not????

It was quick, dried fast, was given an accurate quote before work began and my carpet is still looking cleaner than it would have with traditional cleaning.
The baseboards were not sprayed down as they have been the last two times you came out. Disappointed at the late hour before the job was done. Didnt seem as clean as last years job.
My carpets look amazing and feel clean. I was shock how clean you were able to get my carpets.

They were as advertized! I heard about you on the Ben and Matt KNIX morning show and everything they claimed was exactly as it went. Your tech Allen was absolutely great, clean and presented himself and yur company very well. The carpet looks great, it dried overnight, and there is no crunchy residue. The only negative I could have is that your advertised special of $129.00 for three rooms is a bit understated. I live in a 2 bedroom apt., aprox 750 sq feet of carpet, and the cost was $400.00 for the entire space. You have a great produce and great service, don't make the experience one of shock and dismay by surprising people with the true cost.
Zerorez employee was quick and courteous, service was great, and rooms look really good.
Joel did a wonderful job in getting my carpets and especially my tile clean. He was very maticulous and made sure everything was right with me and clean before he left. I would highly reccommend Zerorez and Joel to anyone!
tech was very friendly and helpful. answered all of my questions and gave me advise on keeping my carpet looking good in between cleanings. Liked the products because carpet dried soft.

the service was wonderful-- the people were great and very friendly- the carpets were so very clean, that they looked almost new. (they are twenty years old) I will use tem again and will be pleased to say nothing but great things about the service.
I sent in my comments on an e-mail. Until my letter is answered I reserve judgement on a final decision. I expect someone to call. I had an issue as well with two areas not cleaned well enough. Fix the problem and discount my ne t service on 4/2.
The carpet doesn't get soiled nearly as soon as other Carpet Cleaning Co.s. I love the products they use as they are also environmental friendly.
Also no odors. They are very friendly and economical, too.
It was amazing the diffrence in my old dirty carpet. I got on the phone right away and called a friend who was thinking of installing new carpet. She came buy to take a look when Kevin was cleaning the carpet. She is going to give it a try and hold off buying carpet for a while.

The carpets get clean and all of it dries in just a few hours, and the tech is always very nice and orderly.
the technician was very thorough. Carpet looked really good after despite its age. did not like dealing with schedulers on the phone. I was promised a early time frame then when called back to change the date to an availability with same time frame, I was told that cant be done. Surprisingly, they confirmed it prior with what I needed. It made me go through more stress though! There were reasons why I needed early in the day.

The technician, Casey, was very informative and polite.
Over the phone pricing is a bit of a come on. I started at $237 and ended at $592. While I did ask for furniture to be cleaned, $129 for a couch and $100 for a love seat is steep to say the least. I would certainly caution my friends. That being said, your technician Mark was great. He explained everything and really worked miracles with our Berber carpet. We have found a steak in the bathroom that needs correcting. I trust you will come back and fix it??
