You did a Great job on the carpet and the tech was VERY professional and nice. I would recommend you on carpet cleaning!
As far as the tile/grout I was NOT impressed and I would not recomend you for that. The grout didn't fully dry until that night and you could clearly see that the edges were not cleaned as well as the some other part of the floor.
The service tech was extremely polite and nice. He arrived on time and dressed professionally. Zerorez does get extremely tough stains out of the carpet and my carpets do stay cleaner for a longer period of time. Thank you.
No residue, but I object to your huge increase in prices. I only have a closet and small bedroom.
Paying all your minimums and add ons is quite restrictive. I never mind to accommodate your
service schedule.
Also, your serviceman was SUPERIOR this time. I have had others that were only satisfactory.
I'm not disappointed with the tech or service, however since I just had this done two days ago, I would like to wait to decide if I'd like to refer you to a friend.
Very happy with the whole expirence
It was a well organized and a very good job done.
Be more flexible on room sizes since there is furniture around the area being cleaned so is not as large as the room. Also, since I had a 4:00-6:00 appt. I don't think the cleaning was as good as it has been in the past. There were 2 areas (one by the dog door entrance and the end of the carpet where the tile begins) that still look soiled.

On time. Worked hard. Asked questions and answered my questions. Did not push extras on me. The carpet looks as good, almost a week after as it did when he finished.
