Was impressed with our service tech, BJ. He was not only neat and clean, he was also personable. He mentioned your other services however, did not push for us to spend more on those services then we had all ready scheduled.

All and All...the floors in the three rooms look really nice and clean, I'm very please with the job that was performed.
I would have gladly paid extra...if my sofa's could have been moved by the technician(s) using carpet gliders...so he could have gotten behind them...but I understand your safety concern. Next time I'll try to be home so I can move the large items.

zerorez changed my life!

We had both carpet and tile cleaned. Caret still has spots in a few places. The tiles have stripes after the cleaning and the grout color is not consistent.
Not pleased at all.

The friendliness of the on-site workers (the majority of the time); the softness of our carpets and tile after the service; the promptness.

The urine smell on couch and on carpet in travel trail that I was charge $130 for, for one room of carpet, two 8" strips and one small brand new couch..... Crazy price and didn't even come close to getting out the smell. Very dossapointed in out come for that. House same thing, 6' area at bed I asked to take care of still smells of pee. Overall carpet looks good but for $400 some dollars very disappointing. Could have gotten same outcome from old company for half the price.

Andrew (I think that was his name) was extremely professional and friendly. The carpets came out looking amazing and the whole house smelled fresher. Service was quick and on time, a big plus.

The products that you use to clean carpets are very good. And the service that the techs use is very professional. The techs are very professional and explains what they are going to use and treat the carpets with.

The softness of the carpet after you are finshed cleaning the carpet. It proves there is no soap in the carpet and we love that!! Thanks so much.
