Easy to make an appt. all personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous & professional. There was no chemical smell & the carpeting dried within a few hours. None of the previous spots returned after the carpeting dried

I like the fact that your cleaning products are all natural. The technician was very professional and explained the process before he started. He was thorough, friendly and efficient. It was quite amazing to watch him clean the tile and grout and how well the equipment worked. I am very happy with the way my tile turned out, the grout looks like brand new again. Thank you for such a great job! I will definitely use your company again.
Provide a stain remover, or suggestions on how to remove stains. Actually I found one on the internet

The serviceman was very professional and friendly. He was very neat about everything and made sure he put guards up around the corners. After we wrote the check he asked to see a drivers license. I took mine out and then asked if you gave a military discount and he said yes! I showed him my military ID card and got a 10% discount! We love companies that honor their military Thanks!
I chose zerorez specifically for the zero residue promise. After having the tile and grout cleaned there was a white chalky film over half of the grout lines on my floor. I was on my hands and knees scrubbing grout and mopping floors which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by having the floor professionally cleaned. I do not feel that my 242.00 was money well spent.
You were professional and did a good job but your prices are a bit high and I had to move every single piece of furniture, (no exceptions). Some of my friends saw your work but we are in the senior catagory and moving all the furniture is a bit much. My area rugs look wonderful.
