your man was not verywell traned and i had to point out spots that were not clean so he would go over them again and the carpit still isnt very clean.

Great customer service!
Everything! My husband is allergic to most smells which is why we decided to have Zerorez clean our carpet, we heard chemicals were not used from Danny Davis at KOY and thought we'd try it. We were only going to have three rooms and the hall done but when we saw what a beautiful job Brian and his helper Shawn did we had all the rooms done and are absolutely delighted with the results. Brian was very courteous, friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job of cleaning very dirty carpets. Only thing that would have helped us a little would have been if some furniture could have been moved. We are both in our 80's and that was a little tough but we managed by not trying to do everything at one time.
Would we have Zerorez again? You bet! Thanks for a job well done.
no soap residue left behind. The residue seemed to attract more dirt and my carpets had to be cleaned more frequently using other carpet cleaners. I am anxious to see how your product works. I am the test for a couple of others in my neighborhood.

The carpet came clean, and the enviromentally safe products are great! I did however see there are "cleaner line areas" where it looks like the tech would start and stop the job, so we have strips in our carpet. The tech was professional and very nice!

It's only been 1 day but my carpet looks better than the last time I had it cleaned by someone else.
I will have to wait & see what the carpet looks like in a month. We were very happy to have Branson. He explained everything very well,was courteous & we felt he did a superb job.
The technician (Kirby Lacy) was great. The concern I had was when I made the appointment I thought I asked for an early time. About three weeks later when I received a call I was told the appointment was for between 4:00 and 6:00. Then, when contacted by Kirby he said that he had me down for between 6:00 and 8:00 PM.
I was very satisfied by the way my rugs and tile came out,they look like brand new again.
Seem to do a good job cleaning carpets and fabrics.
The tech was on time and was very friendly! He took care of our house by using the bumpers around the corners. Our floors looked incredible with hardly any "drying time". He also did a great job on my couch and checked to make sure I was satisfied before he packed up the equipment. Overall a great experience. We'll be using zerorez from now on!

I have some places on my carpet that are not clean. I have listed to Gaydos on the radio about you and was very excited to have you clean the carpet. However, I am disappointed.
