Recommendations: (1) At the time one makes the appointment, the Zerorez representative should remind the client that Zerorez does not move any furniture. Also a pamphlet about the company and carpet care after cleaning would make an added touch.

This is my second time using Zerorez. The service is fast, no smell and very courteous personnel.
When the upholstery was done before, the fabric felt rough on my skin. I definately see and feel a softer fabric and now it glows; even though the 4 pieces are of dark colors.
Carpets came out great, very clean, and they are older, so I was happy with the results. They missed a master bedroom closet, but came back the next day and cleaned it, no issues or questions. Customer service was very good as well. Even though it was more expensive, it was worth it. Would use Zerorez again!
Appointment window was timely, all the work was thorough, carpets dried in a reasonable time, no noticeable strong aromas lingering from cleaning.
That they are nontoxic and not harsh, dangerous chemicals and did the job well.

I was disappointed in the tech, he came in my house,at front door and said my house smelled like urine. Which I disagreed with. I felt he was trying to sell more service, which was an outrages price, $25 a stain. He counted ten stains. I told him that , I take care of every stain that I see with a spot remover. I just felt that his selling techniques, only made me mad.

The heavy traffic stains seemed to return after just a couple of days and we were extra careful not to walk on the carpet.
