Tech was not too careful with the hoses across the threshold. Also, small rug appears a little "chewed" on one side.

I just thought for the money I paid Service was good but I saw the stains still there.The guy said they would come up no problem I still see all of them, and the carpet was just done Dissapointed about that. The guy was very nice

No harsh chemicals are used on the carpets. It makes me feel that Zerorez cares for the environment and their techniques will not harm my pets either.
My carpets are still very clean! The customer service is awesome! The technicians are friendly and professional.
You are the first carpet cleaner I have ever used in 45 years that didn't move furniture or ESPECIALLY do the vacuuming. Every other time, they had a heavy duty commercial vacuum cleaner and did it themselves. The service guy was great, and my carpet looks and feels wonderful; tIme will tell if it will stay clean as promised. I am happy to be acquainted with your company. The demo done on my tile is amazing. Hopefully I can get that done soon. thanks you, Linda smith

I like that there are no chemicals, its safe for my baby, and price is reasonable.
The tech showed us the difference in what was clean and dirty carpet. We were blown away at how he was able to get the stains out of our living room carpet. I feel like my daughters can now start crawling! Plus the tech was very friendly and professional. I tell people all the time that we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez.
It didn't take as long as other cleaners and dried relatively quickly. Also no odor or feeling of dampness.

Carpet looks great. Have also used for tile cleanig and it turned out amazing.
I like that they are natural. No chemical, just perfectly pH balanced water. I saw with my own eyes the results and they were amazing! I was also impressed with the powerful system of suction using the service truck motor. Cool.

You actually clean the carpet. There was no chemical odor. I actually wanted to walk on it barefooted.
The representative on the phone was helpful in coordinating my carpet cleaning appt with another company I had hired to stretch my carpet. Both appts on the same day ensured that I only had to move my furniture once. The service people were prompt & the job was done quickly. I am very pleased with my clean carpets.
