I really think the carpets looked cleaner than using previous more traditional carpet cleaning. Very impressed.

carpet just didn't get as clean as I had hoped
the technician that cleaned our carpets was VERY nice. HOWEVER, after the carpet dried we were left with a large, crusty orange stain in the middle of our living room that wasn't there before. is there any way you can come back and try to get rid of it? also, i have new plants out front that were accidentally smashed by your cleaning hose so if you DO come back, could you be a little more careful? thank you.
I liked the fact that it dried so quick and Ryan was such a nice guy.

No soap residue
I was supposed to have someone here to pick up the rugs between 4 and 6 pm. I received no call to let me know they would be late, and the rugs weren't picked up until 7:30.
You try to protect the furniture and floor where your hoses are. you leave things clean
and tidy. The job is as I would expect it to be by any good company. I have used your services three times now and am quite satisfied with all. Thank you.

Carpet not clean
Casey was very professional and did a very good job, my carpets look so much better when he finished. I also like not having soap residue left I. My carpet.
