My carpet is soft not crunchy with soap residue.
The carpet is very clean. I'm very happy... I just have a little residual urine smell from a rescue dog we had for a Military friend. Other than that I'm very happy. Any ideas on how to get rid if that would be appreciated. Thank you!
It was more the service then anything else. My zerorez rep was very nice, helpful, and efficient. Everything came out great. I had my beds, couch, and carpets done the right way, The zerorez way. Thanks..

I was impressed by everyone I dealt with at Zerorez...from the first phone call, talking with the person who set my appointment and gave me a very good idea what to expect in regards to their process & costs...to the technician (Bronson) was very knowledgeable about what he could do for us. He didn't try to oversell or surprise us with any extra fees, he just presented options that were completely up to our choice. He was efficient & precise in his task of cleaning things up. My carpets look fantastic! Almost like new, considering their age, & I am so happy I called Zerorez to clean my carpets. I will call them again, when I am ready for the next cleaning!

The service was outstanding. Ryan Morris was very professional and very kind. The products were definitely tops. Our carpeting all looked brand new when he finished. We are very pleased and thankful for both the service technician and the products used. This included the master bedroom, living room, dining room, 3 small stairs and an area rug in the family room. The rooms were first pretreated, then cleaned, and lastly sanitized.

Arrived on time. Technician was courteous and explained the cleaning process. Listened to my concerns and I love the way carpet turned out. Even got out the stins in the 'cat' room.
the pricing needs to be more specific----not up to just one employee in the field----just his opinion---I feel ripped off on the last visit---before I have been treated very fairly
