Not miss any areas. Otherwise I was very impressed!
I have property missing from a bedroom after services were performed. I dont have a home security system so I don't expect action resulting from my accusation, however it's important to me that this is at least on record in case other instances come up, or have been documented in the past, with this technician. Additionally, I did have to ask him to extract large puddles of water upon completion of our tile, and mopped add'l areas after he left. It has been two days and carpeting throughout my house is still damp. I think the amount of water utilized was excessive or he was in a hurry to complete the work in my house. Either way, 48-hour dry time requirement is damaging to my carpets and not worth the amount of money spent. If you wish to reach me, please call Phone number removed.

PS - The video regarding your carpet protiection was NOT effective. It was more of a sales pitch than evidence that the product would be beneficial for my carpet needs.
The end result! Not left soppy wet nor does it dry stiff.

Our carpet looks brand-new! Our technician was friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. He was done with our three rooms very quickly, and our carpets were dry in no time. I loved the customer service and earlier than expected service time. However, the carpets are still dirty on several places. I noticed two large areas when tech was still here but it was so odd I thought surely it was the way the carpet was laying and would look different when it all dried so I didn't have him bring hoses back in and go over it again as he offered to do. I should have however, now there are more spots than just those two large patches that still look dirty today. I went over one of the largest dirty sections with just warm water and my home shampoo-er and the water came out very muddy looking.
So, overall the carpets look better but I still have several areas in the living room that are dirty.
I really appreciated the professional care we received from the technician. Also, your product is great. Love the clean carpet without the chemicals! No strange odor and the carpet is soft. Rooms smell clean, not scented or damp. Drying time was very good. We also bought some of the alkaline water for cleaning. Nice to have that available for the carpet or any other surfaces.
I have always used Stanley Steamer, and I like how they send 3 guys and get the job done faster.
It was the first time we used your sevices and found that it seems to be much more clean than the competition. The Tech, Daniel, was very professional and knew product information when asked questions on how your product works. I have already recommended your services to friends and families.

The tech was outstanding, very careful in my home, was very quick about the job, just thought the carpet would look a lttle brighter, the carpet was not that dirty, hoping for a cleaner look, but the carpet has been in for several years, white berber, but for the most part, the company did o.k.
Significantly improve your scheduling process.
Basically your product turned 2 very dirty white rugs into almost looking like new. I found that amazing. I didn't think you could get it that clean but you did and I am very pleased with the other rugs as well even though they where not as dirty. Nice work! I will certainly recommend your company. By the way your tech Albert really worked hard at getting those 2 very dirty rugs clean. If he hadn't done so I doubt it would be as clean as they are. Tell him thanks once again for me, and I hope you will remember this. I use to own a business that serviced Frys Electronics, Spencers, Best Buy, and G&E for TV repair. As a previous business owner I am very aware that if you do not have good employee's you don't have a business. So just remember that, and treat your employee's who work hard for you good. You got a really tough wear stain out. I was very impressed!
The process seems to remove everything and stays clean much longer than other methods.
Service was prompt and professional. The carpets look great even the high traffic areas.
As advertised Zerorez cleaned our carpets without leaving our carpet wet or with the typical slippery residue of other carpet cleaners. The service technician was friendly and left our house smelling fresh and clean. The carpets were completely dry in about three hours. We would highly recommend this company!
I just honestly was not that happy with the quality of the cleaning. It was no more then a commercial grade carpet shampooer in my opinion.For the $200.00 that it cost, I felt I could have rented a cleaner from Home Depot and done the same amount of job. I was really looking for a deep clean but just didn't get that.
