This is the second time I have had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez and when it needs it again I will use Zerorez again!! My carpet feels like it's new again and looks new again. The service guys Albert and C.J. were very thorough. My carpets had heavy traffic patterns and they test spotted them to give me a chance to see what the cleaning could do. It was amazing. The two of them were very courteous to me and to each other saying please and thank you to one another. I am very happy with the service of zerorez and will talk about it to friends. when you cleaned a small area rug that i brought to you i talked with you about the color. i feel you should have called to say the color is not coming back. but you just charged me for a carpet that i am unable to us. VERY UNHAPPY

Was impressed with our service tech, BJ. He was not only neat and clean, he was also personable. He mentioned your other services however, did not push for us to spend more on those services then we had all ready scheduled.

All and All...the floors in the three rooms look really nice and clean, I'm very please with the job that was performed.
I would have gladly paid extra...if my sofa's could have been moved by the technician(s) using carpet gliders...so he could have gotten behind them...but I understand your safety concern. Next time I'll try to be home so I can move the large items.
