It is a disappointment, everything is an upgrade and a gimmick. If I'm paying to get my carpet cleaned that what I'm expecting. The gentle man that did my cleaning was very nice but everything else cost money on top of the service. If you have a stain, it will cost you. So honestly, it's feels like im paying for someone to just come and wet my carpet, nothing is removed unless you upgrade. I belive my carpet cleaner does a better job at cleaning than this service. I perfer company's that are honest and tell you up front what you are paying for. If im paying for my clothes to get washed, I expect them to be washed not just rinsed.
We used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Did a great job. Arrived on time and final price aligned with initial quote.
The operator was here a total of 30 minutes. He seemed to know what he was doing experience wise. Just disappointed the dirt didn’t come out. It is an older white carpet. No need to come back.
You do a great job. I'm quite please. I noticed this time you aren't using the corner protectors previously used to protect the wall corners as the hose is moved through the house. Is this a resent change?
I like that the carpets dry fairly quickly and are cleaned without chemicals.

Technicians do an excellent job of cleaning different areas of the house. I have had 3 different jobs carried out so far, 3 rooms of carpet, all stone tiling in house, and 2 reclining armchairs.
I am delighted with all outcomes and your technicians are all very helpful and polite.

I like the feel of the carpet after you have cleaned. It is never crunchy. I like that you use very little chemicals and there is not an odd smell left in my home.
I had my carpets, bathroom floors, and one shower grout cleaned. The floors and carpet came out great but the shower grout looked no better than it did before it was cleaned... very disappointing. I called and scheduled to have a technician back.

The carpets were a mess and they look beautiful now. Only one spot that didn’t come out. An old coffee stain. Looks better than it did.

He did not goo pick up 2 x 4 foot thrwo rug and shampoo in that area. Same for a empty suitcase that was standing upright so very easy to move. If he wasnt going to move them he could have told me and i could have moved the items easily.
