I know that the service provider Warren does that it wouldn’t take him very long, but seems like it was so very fast. I don’t think I could even vacuum my floors that quickly.

Chris did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone. Very efficient, on time and thorough. It was like night and day after the job was done.

I don’t appreciate the sales pitch every time I schedule a cleaning. I was told I needed pet odor treatment for an additional $490 and that the technician would need to turn down the job because of the amount of spots on the carpet. After I said I’ll find someone else then he agreed to clean and then said he was surprised that the spots came out. I just want my carpets cleaned and what I ask for without the run around.

The loveseat looks bad not clean. The traffic area in the office looks bad. The Great Room has a dirty spot in front of the chair. I am a 74 year old woman I moved almost all the furniture myself and put it all back. I would like a partial refund.

Beige Sofa looks two toned in color and can see all the strokes from cleaning brush or vacuum.
It is still wet in places after cleaning Friday at 5:00. A few rough spots that weren’t there before like the vacuum was pushed too hard and flattened the nap. Parts look really good, the way the whole piece should be. I am really disappointed with the job that was done and will not be recommending Zerorez to family and friends. Would like to have someone other than the fellow that cleaned it to come out and take a look at it and see what can be done.
