Great value, equipment and treatment does the job on making 20yr old carpets look fresh again. And the service tech’s are always courteous and helpful, and they do a good job within a short time frame.

Technician was not very friendly. Unplugged my recliner which I could not get plugged back in. Had to get my neighbor to come over. I have always liked your work but this was not the best. I will say that the carpets do

The carpets were really wet after leaving. Still wet in areas today (27 hours later. Also CRUNCHY. Never before did I have crunchy carpets after using zerorez. Not happy
