We like the idea of having no residue left on our carpets. The technician was very pleasant and was intent on showing us the difference in what carpet had been cleaned and the carpet that was yet to be cleaned so we could see the noticeable difference which we appreciated. The price was within our budget and everything was explained to us beforehand.

I really liked your "Zero residue" product doing exactly that...leaving no residue, just clean.
Equally important, I was extremely impressed with Jon, my technician. He came early, & did an absolute fantastic cleaning job on my tile floors. He also provided with information on other services but did not try to "push" a sale on me. I will definitely call upon Zerorez again when my floors need another deep cleaning. Hopefully, I can have Jon as my technician.
