Clean, no odor and no streaking
Enviro friendly and cleans really well.
I recommended this job to my son and his wife and was completely disappointed with the outcome I believe and feel that there was on attention to detail as was given to my home.
I liked the service guy very much. He was polite, well-trained in business conversation. The deep cleaning/extraction device worked very well on carpet pet stains, and overall, my 12-year old Berber carpet looked great afterward. It still looks good two-weeks later.
I like that the service tech looked clean and respectable. I liked that the service tech used plastic blockers around the corners in my home. I liked the two sets of booties left behind. I liked that the carpet dried soft and fluffy (as opposed to crunchy).

The fact that soap/shampoo is not used on the carpet. I love the water, I use it daily to clean everything around my home & my cars.. My carpets are clean & dirt free & beautiful...
Loved the friendly phone system when you call in and how personable the representative you speak with is while setting the appointment. The carpets looked great, there was no odd smell and the carpets dried quickly and all stains were gone.

It wasn't so much that i was disappointed per say, the technician was great, very frendily, did a wonderful job, told me about other products that i am definetly interested in, and did an amazing cleaning job, HOWEVER. due to accident i wasn't able to get all the rooms i wanted cleaned, cleaned, I only had time for one oversized room, a small pass through area [2 1/2 x 3], and a small bedroom [10x8] with a queen size bed so very little carpet and what was supposed to be a 3 room specail for $119 turn into a $193 bill, it would have been $220 if i hadn't of taken off the protection for the bedroom, OUCH! I love the way my carpet looks and feels after a Zerorez cleaning but i'm not sure i will continue using Zerorez :O(

Little chemicals
You were unable to get out basic dirt stains that Stanley Steamer always gets out. I was trying you out to see if you were better but I was really disappointed.
