No hard chemicals. I have a disabled son that is on the rug a lot. It was good to know your product wouldn't hurt him.

It wasn't done properly the 1st time around but the last time you came out I was happier. I'm just not sure the actual product works as well as the other cleaners out there. Spots stayed in where a regular clean would have gotten it out typically

My carpets came out nice cleaned but I noticed that I had more than a few runners in the carpet where the yarn had been pulled. I have a full 7 inch row missing in my carpet.

the term "special water" seems odd when the tech's repeat it so often. just seems weird.

I loved how the process is chemical free. The carpets did not have a horrible chemical smell which is important to me because I have two small children. The technician was very friendly and my carpet had areas that were heavily soiled however now they look brand new.
