Tyrone is Great !
While the carpets looked great and were clean, and the technician was prompt and polite, our carpet seemed very stiff and "crunchy" after they dried following the cleaning. We specifically chose your company as it advertised itself as being "zero residue" - which seems ironic as I can only assume the crunchiness is due to left behind soap or residue? Unfortunately, we had guests arriving to stay in our home the day following the carpet cleaning, so asking to have this resolved was impractical, but for a carpet cleaning that cost considerably more than what I've paid for past cleanings with other companies, I was disappointed in the final result.
Lots of areas not cleaned only traffic areas. We gave the guy $240.00 cash was supposed to bring back the change.

Moved into a new place and was told the carpets were cleaned. The place smelled and with in 5 days there was dirt all over from the chemicals that were used to cover up the mess on the carpets. Zerorez came in and made the carpets look brand new and the smell was gone. Thank you so much for your service or my new home would have been a disaster.

The seats in my car were in need of some deep cleaning. The Zerorez representative gave me reasonable expectations, but the results far exceed my expectations. The were prompt, quick, and didn't leave a mess. I was very satisfied.

The carpets felt very dry afterwards and the dark spot at the foot of my couch wasn't ckeaned to my satisfaction... The technician went over it once and then said, it's not coming up. I just feel like for how much money it cost, a very typical traffic area like that should have been cleaned.

I liked the two-hour window for arrival time, along with the call to alert me 15 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. The technician was incredibly professional and thorough, and he explained the Zerorez process to me in terms that I could understand! My carpets and rug look great, and I was so happy to get my mattress cleaned!!! I've already recommended your company to two colleagues with whom I work. I will DEFINITELY be calling Zerorez the next time I need tile, carpet, rugs, or mattresses cleaned. Thank you for a fantastic experience :-)

They deep clean pet strains and odors
Your costumer service was friendly, courteous and well trained. My floors haven't looked and felt so clean since we moved in ten years ago. The pattern in my tiles dance with streaks of color and design. My steam cleaning mop doesn't get close to what your machine can accomplish. You have one very happy customer. Thank you!
