Carpets seem to be cleaner than when other companies cleaned them...

The customer service and promptness.
The products worked and the service was great. A fellow called to tell me that the technician(Tyler) would be here in about 20 minutes. The technician's name was really Josh. I kept calling him Tyler and did not know that he was Josh until after he had gone and saw his name on the receipt. He has a very good way of sharing information about Zerorez and is very good at his work.

your employees (Lindsay on the phone, and Keith my technician) were every so friendly...no complaints there. My suggestion for improvement is some more technical/scientific info available to back of claim of "just H20.... being a sanitizer" That is a little difficult for me to understand. Perhaps your water is UV sanitized? That makes it free of organisms, but doesn't kill an organism it is sprayed on. ???? You would need to provide more info in order for me to recommend.
worker did his best to get out all the stains but they were ground in for years and he could only do so much but all in all they looked 10 times better he was very pleasant and a hard worker.
Grout didn't turn out well. Couple crusty spots. The technician though was awesome.

We liked the service because the carpet was cleaned really nice and did not leave that sticky feeling on the carpet after it dried. The technician explained every step and we liked that. We had some areas from our pets urine spots and it looked great after it was done. The tile cleaning was the best we had every seen. The tile looks like new again - we really should have done this sooner and grout is so clean and shines. We were very pleased with the service and will use you again - without a doubt.
