Helper did not move back some furniture moved to permt placement of ladders in vent cleaning.
The lead was quite good and answered my many questions patiently and completely.
I like the fact that you focus on a natural non-chemical based product and that your technicians are so pleasant and good to deal with. We used your company for the first time for rug and chair upholstery cleaning. Very happy with the results.

Hi I just saw my floors you cleaned on Friday. The grout looks no different and there is a couple areas with spots.
The guy was very nice but the floors are disappointing!

Friendly and professional service
Good communication re time frame of service. Technician explained process and asked if I had questions. I like that the carpet wasn't soggy. Carpet turned out great.

I was quoted an amount that suddenly ballooned to over $200 more once the technician arrived. Additionally, the woman who helped me arrange the reservation, assured me that they would only charge me for the size of the rug that they were cleaning rather thanthe actual size of the rug. Once the technician arrived, he told me that that was not true that I would pay for the size of the rug, whether the whole thing was cleaned or not. I will never ever recommend your company. I should not have faced surprises once the technician arrived

Customer service, experience, professionalism, cleaning level better than all companies I've use previously.
The technician that was sent clearly had no experience. I literally had to show him how to use the machine. A spot he said wouldn't come out I took the machine handle and used a little.pressure and the spot came right out. The carpet is not eventually cleaned. Many lines like he couldn't see where he left off to start a new area. Not a qualified or properly trained technician. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The technician came when he said he would be here. Did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Did tell is that there still is a wear issue and even though clean, it will still show. He was correct…..but acceptable. It was mostly soiled. He was very thorough. Will use this service again.
Customer Service was proactive. Tech was ahead of schedule and offered to come early. Who didn’t like that? Not having to sit around for an appointment. Yeah!
