The process that is used to clean carpets takes less time to dry. Always receive clean carpets that last. We've had carpets cleaned by other companies and after a month or so they look dirty again. The staff is always professional, timely and friendly!

I loved how the carpets feel so soft after the cleaning. With the other companies I have used before, it was always crunchy.

No one has ever cleaned my carpet as well as Zerorez. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs and it really needed cleaning and they did a excellent job. This is my second time of having Zerorez clean and I will continue in the future to have them. Also everyone they have sent out has been so nice and considerate always willing to help move a item or two or answer any questions for you. Never make you feel they are in a rush and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Also had my couch cleaned the first time.I want to say thank you to everyone at Zerorez for the job you all do.

Very curtious , very polite , very prompt and most of all very good. Our carpets have not felt this clean in a long while. It's almost like new. We are very grateful for the hard working staff that made it possible . We highly recommend everyone use Zerorez . When it's time to clean your carpets. You can't go wrong.

The stairs still do not look clean. If it was impossible to make them look clean, I should have been told that before work began, as agreed on the phone. I might have chosen to replace the carpet. Addiionalky the area in front b of the sofa also looks dirty.

The carpets were perfect unfortunately the chair still remainded dirty and still smelled...therefore we had to throw it away..we hoped the cleaning would help

We had hoped our bathroom floors could look as good as new with a semigloss finish. The travertine tile has nooks and crannies and the grout is discolored and could not be finished to look as good as new.

Technician (Troy) was very professional and explained the process in detail. Carpets looked great after service.
