On time. Courteous. Professional.
Crazy fast response. 30 minutes. I know that this is available all the time but you were there for me in 30 minutes. Extremely professional, very reasonable. and stains that I never thought in a million years would come out came out. The technician also did my eat in kitchen dining room chairs. Another business was in my home last year 4 days before my daughters graduation party. The tech spilled melted scented wax all over my chairs. Promising to come back and clean them prior to the party. He never came, he never called, and because of the condition of the upholstery I was convinced that I would have to reupholster each chair. I got out all I could. Zerorez got all of the melted oily wax out of my chairs and they look like new. I also love that pre-treatment for non biological stains is included in the cost. Thank you so much! My house looks like new and I couldn't be happier.

The person that cleaned the carpet, I believe his name was Kevin, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job of explaining my options and the carpet looked wonderful considering it was over 15years old.
We have used Zerorez twice now and like the fact that our carpets look so clean afterwards, including some heavily soiled areas. We also appreciated the courteous, friendly technicians.

The carpet felt really stiff, almost crunchy after treatment and the ads say it will feel soft. Zerorez claims that their competitors leave carpets feeling rough but so did zerorez.
No chemicals. How soft my carpet is after cleaning. Tech was very nice, prompt and awesome.

The technician that came out, Jordan Pfieffer was amazing! Jordan was up front and honest and had a very professional demeanor. I can't believe he was able to get out of the carpet what he did and we are forever grateful. He turned what we thought was a permanent reminder of a nightmare roommate experience into a distant memory. I can't wait to call him back out to do our tile. I have already started telling everyone I know about Zerorez and Jordan :)
I sent an email regarding a sofa that we had you clean. It looks terrible. I think you could have at least contacted me and maybe even sent a more experienced technician to see what could be done. The technician that was here told us he was new but he was a great guy and did a wonderful job on the floor and chair but he didn't even like how the couch looked.

Your employee was great. Very professional. The tile and carpets look great. The only complaint we had, and it was not from the service, but the machine used for the tile did not get the corners, which we had to get down and scrub.
had carpet cleaned on 3.26.15. after tech. left i noticed a black mark on the carpet in
one of the bedrooms. tech came out to try and get black mark out of carpet. while he was cleaning carpet, i ask him if the solution he was using would damaged the carpet or leave
the carpet discolored and he said no, once it drys it should be fine. well it dried and
left a big white mark. i called on 4.3.15 and discussed this issue with shelly lewis and she told me to email her pictures, which i did. i followed up with her on 4.3.15, to make
sure she received the pictures and she said yes and that she would give them to, i think
she said a contractor and that i would get a call from them. as of today 4.8.15 i have not
received a call. i called shelly around 1:00 pm today and left her a message to call me
and have not heard from her. i want to get this problem resolved ASAP, house is going to
be sold and owner wants to start showing house.

Hayden was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions - I was especially curious about how zerorez is different from regular carpet cleaning services and he explained it very clearly to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed the employee's that were sent out to my house. Courteous, informative, and personable. I do however have a concern with the stains on my carpet. I understand you promote chemical free, however some stains can require a harsher approach. Due to stains from prior tenants, and additional ones from my toddler...I have red random small and medium sized red stains that were not removable I was told. I have a few simple products being referred to me by friends that I can use to remove them from the surface so they are at least not visible. I guess my question is, why am I paying so much for a cleaning when I have to go back thru and do stain removal? I was informed by the employee's that "most times red just doesn't come out." However many friends have gotten red stains out with simple products purchased for $5 or less. Is this normal protocol? I had heard on Johnjay and Rich that you sent people back out to remove a stain that was left behind and it was taken care of. So I wanted to ask if these stains can be handled by more experienced cleaners maybe?
