Everything. You are very organized before, during and after your visit. Cleaned rugs are soft, look and feel great!

THE GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK
The technician (Brian Hamilton) was professional and explained the cleaning process clearly. He pointed out stains and soiled (high traffic) areas he would work to clean up. The carpets in all the rooms came clean, much of the tougher areas of the carpet that were stained were restored better than we hoped.

the best! We have been zerorez customers before, and then tried a different company based on price and that they could come sooner. Wow, what a mistake!!! Will never go with different company again! Our carpets were just cleaned by them less than 2 months ago and they feel soo much better after zerorez! They have their fluff back! We were considering replacing but zerorez prevented that!

I like that there is no soap residue to attract the dirt, although I did have the protectant sprayed on and the carpets feel crunchy. He did an amazing job cleaning an upholstered chair! The technician worked hard, was very pleasant and helpful.

The carpets look clean for the first time since we moved in a year ago and had another carpet cleaning company come in but only removed the dirt marks for a couple weeks.
