When the tech arrived he informed us that one of the sofas we where having cleaned would need tone moved off of our wood floor. This was not something we where told ahead of time, we made sure to have the couches cleaned off and accessible but where not told they needed to be on a non mood surface to be cleaned. Because of this my husband was home alone and had no choice but to try and move our heavy metal framed couch with just him and the tech. In the process he ripped out sofa open. I'm not blaming you guys for the rip but being informed ahead of time would of allowed us to have help to move our sofa properly and would have most likely prevented this from happening .

The carpets feels soft and freash when the work is complete. The is no stiffness to the fiber. Service men are courteous and get the job done

We were absolutely shocked at how incredible our carpets were after Zerorez came! We had two employees working on our carpets and took less than an hour for 3 rooms and a flight of stairs. We called Zerorez just to get rid of some allergens/asthma inducers in the carpet. However, we also had several dark carpet stains that had been in the carpet since we moved in over six years ago. We did not expect the stains to disappear whatsoever, but when we went to examine the carpet they were completely gone! About 8 or 10 dark stains. We also planned on getting new hardwood put in our house in the places we have carpet before we sell the house, now we will just call Zerorez again! The carpet looks NEW. Both cleaners were extremely personable and busted their backs to give us great results! Thank you!

I loved that the technician was on time and actually received a call asking if I'd like them to come a little earlier even. Of course the price was great and it didn't take very long for the carpets to be clean. The technician was also very knowledgeable and friendly.

The product cleans thoroughly and leaves no residue so the carpet both feels clean and looks very clean. Zerorez seemed to breath new life into our carpet; left it standing tall and without any stiffness or "crunch" when you walked on it.
Our technician "CJ" is outstanding at explaining everything about the process and can answer any questions you may have. His product knowledge and carpet knowledge is superb. CJ is extremely thorough and detailed, paying attention to seemingly every square inch of our carpet. He is systematic in his work and pays close attention to the path he takes from the Zerorez truck to the furthest corner of your home to not mar any walls or disturb any personal belongings. This man is top-notch and I'll always ask for him personally.
