I was very excited to try your services based off of all the HYPE from the radio, only to be disappointed.
1. The cost of your services are too much for what you don't get.
2. Carpets were still wet 24hrs later. You don't feel the wetness when walking on the carpets, only when I had sat on the floor to play with my granddaughter did I notice they were still wet- perhaps over soaked the padding?
3. A few rooms have crunchy carpet. I was told your services would not make my carpets crunchy.
4. A large area room (approx. 180sgft) was taken into the garage the night before my scheduled appoitment with the hopes that Zerorez would clean it for me, as other companies have done. However because its considered an "area rug" I was told the cost would be $180.00...really?! I understand that everyone's time is money and I was willing to pay for your services, however not $180.00 for approximately 30 minutes or less it would have taken to clean the rug. I've used 2 other services and both charged me 45.00 to clean that rug. So now I have to rent a machine and clean the rug myself-big waste of my time and more expenses added.
For the reasons listed above I would NOT recommend your services, sorry!

Absolutely no residue left on the carpets - just as the name implies. The technicians are always very friendly and don't want to leave the residence until the customer has done a visual inspection to see if everything looks okay.
Didnt see much of a difference. It looked clean. Maybe floor wasn't as dirty as thought
Nothing to dislike - carpets look like new and they are 13 years old and I have a lot of pets
I like the fact that there are no chemicals & that it's all natural & won't harm my dog Charlie. So, thank you very much & I talk to friends about zerorez all the time . Thank you all for what you do.

I like that it's green. It had no chemical smell at all. I moved into a rental and the grout lines were black and the tile felt dirty on your feet. Zerorez is AMAZING! Night and day difference. When I showed the before and after pictures to my landlord, he was amazed and didn't realize the grout was suppose to be a lighter color. My service guy was very friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. I will ALWAYS use Zerorez in the future for my carpet and or tile needs.
Not sure because it always depends on the person who shows up at your door. Thankful that I was lucky enough to have CJ show for my job. He's respectful, knowledgeable, and prideful of the company he works for and that's always good in my book. I've had several bad experiences for multiple home tasks in the past but he was a true breath of fresh air so treat him good! I would call on you guys again if he was the guy I knew was showing. Thanks for the great experience with CJ!
Casey was kind and got the job done quickly. The house smelled horrible due to pets and the previous carpet cleaner that was hired. He was able to get all the stains out and the whole house smelled fresh and clean.

I like that your company cleans without soap or other harsh products. Citrus, I understand is what is in the water. Your workers were very friendly and helpful.
The technician was excellent. Prompt and thorough. And he did all that he could do. No complaints with him whatsoever. The equipment Zerores uses, unfortunately, only does an average job of cleaning. Keep in mind I had used our vacuum cleaner the day before Zerores came.
One day after the carpet had dried, my house cleaner re-vacuumed the floors. It was a very effective Dyson machine and obviously much more effective than mine. She had to empty the Dyson dirt container twice... there was so much residual pet hair and dirt particles left in the carpet.
I was shocked that after a professional carpet cleaning there could possibly that much dirt left.
I have used Zerorez twice. The people who come are friendly and professional, and my carpet looks great! The rooms I did some time ago still look good - clearly the no residue method makes a difference in keeping the carpet looking good!
