Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain everything.

First, there are a lot of places where the tile cleaning seems to be lacking. Second, it appears that the carpet cleaning did not totally clean any 'high-traffic' areas. While the cleaner suggested that this is due to light reflecting off broken fibers in the carpet, I cannot see that there are more broken fibers in the high traffic areas than elsewhere. So, I am wondering whether there is a more powerful dirt extraction process that might have cleaned the high traffic areas. Per Shelly at the Zerorez Phoenix facility, these will be taken care of on Tuesday. It is also interesting to note that my wife called this morning to report our dissatisfaction and was told that someone would be in touch about sending out a technician to check the work and at 3:00 PM we were told that someone would be coming out on Tuesday to fix our issues (nobody coming out to check the work unless the same person is coming out to do both). So, we are not overjoyed by the work done at our house.
