I was glad first that you came earlier than originally expected and how fast the cleaning was but I think if I use zerorez again I will ask the guys to take a little more time to extract more water out of the carpet before they leave. It's been over 24hrs and still have some damp spots all over, I've had fans on since they left and I don't want the carpet to start smelling because it was so wet. One of the cleaners showed me the difference in before and after cleaning and it all looked great but now that it's drying some of the spots and a new green spot are appearing
I love the fact the product is more organic - containing now harsh chemicals.
The treatments are timely and thorough. Technicians are knowledgeable and nice.

Carpets always come out looking spotless, Techs are efficient, professional and provide quality service.
Very professional and you have always done a fantastic job. The carpet looks almost brand new.
However, next time please send 2 - 3 people to do the job. He finished at almost 10:00 pm, which means I had to be here at work for 15 hours. My family and I were not too happy about that.

charge less for extras. I thought I would get a 5X7 rug cleaned and was told that it would cost $1.50 a square foot or about $52.50 to get cleaned. I decided not to get it done. The guy was already at my house to clean three rooms and it would have taken him an extra 5 or 10 minutes to clean that small rug. I would have paid $25 and you would have made money. I guess you charge $1.50 because some people are willing to pay that.

Your man Eric was professional, informative & efficient. He explained as he went along, did an incredible cleaning on our rugs , upholstery & tile/grout. We are shiny new and we are very pleased. In addition, we purchased the ZEROREZ cleaning water and mop kit. Now we can dispose of the clutter of bottles too! We've already spend the word! Eric is an asset to your company! THX

The carpet looks like it did when we had it installed.
Tech left some water on tile and laminate floor. My wife had to leave, so maybe he was rushed. First part of cleaning was very good. We spent a lot of money, not sure he had enough time to to do a "10" job.

My wood floors have some type of film all over it from allowing your company to clean our sectional. We are having a heck of a time cleaning it up.
Come look at my floors. They have never look so dirty since we have moved in here 5 years ago. We started to scrub on are hands and knees to remove film res. His footprints and res is all over the place. Not cool guys.
i dont know so much that i was disappointed, rather, i suppose my expectations might have been too high. i hear a TON of advertising for Zerorez on 104.7 on the John Jay and Rich show.
I thought there was some magical form of cleaning that your company provides, that no other company comes close to.
at the end of the day, it's water and a vacuum.
this 'empowered water' was nothing more than in a spray bottle, and then a quick commercial vacuum.
my service technician was outstanding. no issues with him whatsoever. very polite, thorough and professional.
i thought for what he did, and the service i watched being performed, the price was way too high.
and i'm not so sure it even got the smell 100% out.. i realize that you can't guarantee that, and you certainly don't claim to perform miracles, it's just the buildup of your company that i've been hearing about, let me down just a bit.
I feel the price should have been half of what i paid, for the 'service' that i was provided.
other than my own expectations of service and process, everyone i interacted with at your company was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

First of all they cleaned my carpet amazingly well, I had a tough spot and they were able to remove it without the pressure of the "additional charge". Friendly, on time, and will definitely recommend to family and friends!
It was amazing how clean the carpets were and how fast they dried. The technician, Kevin, was GREAT!!! I will definitely request Kevin again because I will use Zerorez again and again!!
