Scheduling was poor because tree trimmer showed at the same time and all my stuff got dirty from the landscapers blower. Not Zerorez fault, just a suggestion to reschedule since this unforeseen occurrence.
The technician and cleaning were excellent but Paul seemed more interested in how to increase my cost than anything else. My parking is a straight shot upstairs so an extra charge is truly unnecessary. Paul said that he would remove it for our first trip but it would definitely be charged on any subsequent visits, effectively discouraging me from using your service in the future.
As a senior the fact that you will not move furniture poses a problem. As far as the service and technicians go I was pleased. Carpet looks fine. Name removed

The Zerorez technician arrived right on time, assessed the project and got right to work. Throughout the whole time he was courteous and professional.

Friendly and honest service. I was impressed with how quickly my mattress was cleaned how honest the tech, Keith, was about not being able to clean my couch because of its condition.
