The thing I like most about you products and services that you offer in carpet cleaning is the simple fact that you do what you say you will do. My carpet was really dirty and in some areas it was black, Sean said he could get the dirt out. When he finished, I couldn't believe what I saw. the dirt was gone and my carpet looked great. Your company will always be the One I choose to clean my carpets. the service was very good, the workers, Sean and his co worker, were very polite and pleasant to deal with. The whole experience was great and Thank you for a job well done.

I do not feel that the carpets or the furniture was cleaned adequately. Especially after we took a brush and resolve to the furniture on one of the spots and it turned up much cleaner.

Carpet is new and used for 4.5 months. Rental. Small high traffic area that did not clean up as well as I expected. Not paying for extra charges to get that cleaned. Probably could have done just as well with a rug doctor.

The Gentlemen that came out to clean my tile floors were very professional, explained the products and procedures before they began the work.When the work was complete they went above and beyond to make sure the walls and baseboards were wiped down and had me walk through my home before I paid. The bought the cleaning kit before the work even began.My floors looked BRAND NEW!!! I have been tells all my friends and Family about ZEROREZ!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

The product cleans thoroughly and leaves no residue so the carpet both feels clean and looks very clean. Zerorez seemed to breath new life into our carpet; left it standing tall and without any stiffness or "crunch" when you walked on it.
Our technician "CJ" is outstanding at explaining everything about the process and can answer any questions you may have. His product knowledge and carpet knowledge is superb. CJ is extremely thorough and detailed, paying attention to seemingly every square inch of our carpet. He is systematic in his work and pays close attention to the path he takes from the Zerorez truck to the furthest corner of your home to not mar any walls or disturb any personal belongings. This man is top-notch and I'll always ask for him personally.
