The Tech's come in, look at carpet and decide on what treatments that might need to be done. The communicate to me ( the customer ) what options to do the job are available. Always get the best cleaning effort on my carpets. Great service and great results is a winner in by book !

The technicians were great and my carpet looked really good considering what they had to work with. I already recommended you to my neighbors. Sad to say that only a week later and our puppy bit open an ink cartridge in the room they cleaned. Uagh!
