You do exceptional work and your techs are always SUPER friendly and pleasant to have in my home.
Expected wait time. A heads up phone call from the tech stating he/she is one or two jobs out and an approx. Eta. would be helpful.

I would definitely recommend zerorez for carpet cleaning. I elected to have your tech clean the grout in my master bath and that didn't come out very well. The grout is only one year old but there are several sections that look pretty much the same as they did before they cleaned the floor.

I was extremely pleased with the process of the empowered water. The results were amazing!!! This is a rental and the carpet is not the best, but it looks great!
Trey was amazing and I was so glad he came to my home. He is a true asset to your company and was a joy to work with. He helped me to understand the process and what he felt he would be abject do for me. I went from having only the carpets done, to having 3 large Area rugs as well as having the tile in my kitchen bathroom and hallway done as well.
Mr friend came over the next day and he has an appointment Wednesday for all carpets and the tile with a Trey.
Scheduling sucked. Was told 9am then on the day of it was 4 pm. Whole day screwed

We have cleaned the carpets just as well ourselves. There were areas that when dried were crunchy like the solution had been left on the carpet. The tech did not call before he arrived.
My technician Andrew was very thorough and efficient. My carpets look great after the cleaning. I was a bit disappointed with the customer service rep when I called in and also frustrated that I had to call again to get my requested technician. I have found someone that is reliable and trustworthy to be in my home with Andrew so if I request him it shouldn't be so difficult to set that up.

We have a lot of pets and even though you always say you might not be able to get the stains out you always do. The carpet looks like new when you are finished
