I missed picking up a small throw rug and step stool. Neither item was picked up by the technician. He cleaned up to the rug but not under.

My carpet is away very fresh and clean, and the staff is always very courteous. Sean, the tech who did the job this time was very nice and friendly and my cat loved him (which is always good sign! lol)

The technician, Craig, came at the scheduled time, went over all details with me completely, was pleasant and businesslike, and completed the job in the estimated timeframe. I will use Zerorez again when needed.

However, when I returned to check on his progress EVERY SINGLE STAIN was gone, like magic! On top of getting rid of the stain, Craig was on-time, fast, efficient, kind, and professional.
