There is no leftover stiffness or residue in carpets, like we've had when using other cleaners. They smell and feel clean again.

The tech - Trey Rogers - was very informative without being so pushy that we felt obligated to purchase more services then we originally ordered. Also, the appearance & feel of the carpet within 24 hrs was like it is brand new when it's actually 3 years old. We will definitely use your company again for carpet cleaning & plan on having our time cleaned before the end of the year.

Service was great but the online appointment request didn't work. I had to Last name removed for an appointment after not hearing back from the online request. Not a big deal, but if you're going to advertise the ability to make an appointment request online, it should work.
The fact that it is natural and does not use chemicals.

Very good technician. Turned out he went to grammar and middle school with my younger son. He did an excellent job with removing stains I thought would not come out. Very polite young man! Craig was his name.
