large stain in the living room left there. i had often removed the same type of stain, so i know it's possible. it was left completely untouched by your treatment. waste of time.

The idea that your $40 product/service to treat pet accidents is a great option but it didn't really seem to work. I know every environment is different and I knew it wasn't guaranteed but I was disappointed. However, your technician was early and efficient. Very nice guy.

This company came highly recommended by a family member.
I called and scheduled my front room and staircase. First of all- my front room is 300 sq feet and their "room size" is 250, so my one living room cost the price of 2 rooms, even though it was only 50 sf larger. The stairs were $5 each.
When the tech came, we told him that we had changed our mind on the stairs, that we just wanted the bottom 3 (below the baby gate- the only stairs the dogs can get on). The tech tried to tell me that I had to have them all done because I had said all of them on the phone, or that he would be responsible for the lost revenue. (um, really? no.) Me and my husband both had to insist that we didn't want them all done- 18 stairs = $90!! I told him we knew we wanted the pet treatment done, since that was the reason we even had them done. He said they could spot treat each spot but that he was just going to do an all over treatment because it was easier.
When he was done, it really didn't look that great. He said that was the best it would get.

Your tech Sean was very helpful in answering all questions and addressing all carpet concerns. Didn't expect miracles with how bad it was but impressed with results.
