We were extremely happy with the technician and the cleaning. Our dissatisfaction involves the billing. When making the appointment, I gave explicit instructions for my credit card to be billed, not my niece's, whose carpets were being cleaned. The technician returned to my nieces home to collect payment about 30 minutes after he left. My niece said "it was evident the instructions from the office about the billing were unclear". She paid him (which I explicitly told the phone representative when I made the appointment I DID NOT want her to do). I had to call twice to receive email confirmation the charges were voided from my nieces credit card. Even the invoice the office emailed me had the wrong customer name, twice!! The invoice showed my niece's first name and my last name. Unfortunately the fantastic cleaning and technician were greatly diminished by the poor office experience. Thank you for listening.

Clean carpets no dog smell after
The carpet is not wet for days. The only thing I would like a little better is the time frames. I called well in advance to book my appointment so I could be the first appointment of the day but when the day came I was put on the schedule for 10-12 time frame. Other then that I am very pleased with your company. Thank you!

The service was great but If your carpet looks as bad as mine I would just recommend replacing it rather than spending the money trying to clean it.
I have had other companies come in and clean my carpets before. The stains usually came back up. I was waiting to see if smells or stains would surface. Thankfully no stains that we didn't discuss came back. Sean Hankins was extremely helpful and professional.
Carpets are very well done. Staff are friendly.
Carpet was left with some sticky like residue and didn't come as clean as I would have hoped. A monetary refund of part of the charge would be nice.

I like everything about your product!! It is green. It gets my floors very clean. Drys nicely with no residue. The man who can to clean was very nice and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He explained everything to me. There were no surprises. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing a cleaning. I plan to have them back to do my tile floors.

carpet clearning was fantastic. tile steam cleaning wasn't something I'll likely do again. grout didn't seem to clean up much, dampness/water on the floor after steam cleaning left spots/marks that I mopped up afterward.
I'd recommend the carpet 10/10, steam cleaning of tile probably not ...
