I love the fact that Zerorez does not use any soap products to clean my carpets or tile. My floors stay cleaner longer and never any dirt spots resurface. I also use the water to clean my home. works great and no residue left behind from chemicals
the carpets are cleaned the technician was professional but the "specially" treated area of cat urine still smells Today...several days after drying.

We did not receive a phone call prior to the arrival of the technicians even after being assured we would, they arrived 2 hours early and completely disrupted our business.
My wife is very sensitive to chemicals and after the cleaning she was able to walk barefoot on the carpet with no problems. The technician was friendly and efficient. Was a great experience

Wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my fist time using Zerorez. I installed new carpet 4 years ago and hadn't had it cleaned. Had to clean up a small spill a few days after your tech, Able was here. I was pleasantly surprised, my rag showed no signs of dirt after cleaning the spot. I'm a believer! I've told a few friends about my experience and suggested they ask for Able. See you next year :)
