My dinning room has two spots that did not come out. The dinning room carpet needs to be redone. Scott was the technician and was very nice.

The master bedroom carpet smells like dog, it didn't smell as bad before the cleaning, and as soon as it started to be walked on it still looks dirty. I understand that it may be a heavily travelled area, but it seems like the carpet stayed fresher for longer when using a different company on the past. I also ran into stiff carpet upstairs and I was led to believe your product did not do that from the advertising. Really pleased with the technician that came out, but for the price I expected a bit more.

Didn't like the bate and switch pricing. Advertise one price and then add a trip fee.

The cost was reasonable, the service was performed in a very timely manner, the techs were on time and professional in their conduct, and I like the idea of a carpet cleaning service that leaves no residues behind since residual soap has a tendency to attract dirt to a freshly cleaned carpet.

We have had great luck, service and overall satisfied with previous services performed. This is why I continue to recommend Zerorez. However the last service was not up to what believe to be Zerorez Standards. We had a couch and tile floor cleaned, the couch was sub par, and the floor didn't make me say oh man that's amazing like the first Zerorez cleaned. It still had a film when you walked across it and just didn't feel clean.

I liked Able. The guy was great and very professional. It was a pleasure to do business with zerorez. Wolfley is right! I even paid more but did not care because of the quality of work. Able even went out of his way to be respectful and extremely clean while in my new home. WAY TO GO ZEROREZ!!!!!!! I will for sure use and recommend ZEROREZ to my friends family and strangers. I work for Express Flooring and will be recommending you guys. Able was the key! Great Dude

The techs that came out were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to push any additional services. They also did a walkthrough with me when they were done to make sure I was happy.

The technician did not show up for my first appointment. Then when I sent the area rug in to be cleaned I was told it would be over $300 when the initial quote was $175. So many issues for such a large company that should have their business together. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone ever. I am also expecting my rug to be returned to me in worse condition for having been man handled and sitting in a warehouse over a week.
