Very non toxic, no odor and safe for my dog who has allergies.
I thought it was a good product and it seemed to clean better then other services I have used.
My dauhter left the technition after she gained entry to the home. I also didn't go back into the home to check on the work on the carpet. I recieved my deposit for the home and was deducted $300.00 that was witheld for the deposit because the carpet had to be redone. I don't know if the tech didn't do the carpet since he was left alone. In the intern carpet cleaning cost me over $525.00. Not satified at all and will not be using you again, sad thing Zerorez was highly recommended.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy, the hold music (which I did not get to listen to for very long) was highly entertaining, our technician was so nice and friendly and prompt!! Best carpet cleaning service ever.

Although the technician said he cleaned the tile floors after cleaning the wall tile, after he left I looked at it and one of the bathroom floors was a mess. It doesn't make a lot of sense to hire a service to clean something, only to have to clean up after the technician. There was also a discrepancy between the price I was quoted and the final price. Also, I was surprised that the technician did not bring along stronger chemicals to try on getting spots off tile.

I utilized the 3 room special for my move out on my rental, typically I am very pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately this visit did not provide a positive outcome as I was charged an additional 561.00 from my management company due to the smell of mildew. I followed all the instructions given to me to avoid this from happening but the smell never got better. At this time a second service would not suffice as I am not living there anymore. A refund would be beneficial as it has costed me more to have the original service fixed.

In my living room there is a transition from tile to carpet and where they meet was not cleaned well, there dark patches where you can tell the machine was run over it but not that good.
The products work great !! That is why we use you over and over ., as well as other family members .
