it took the stains right out of my carpet. The tech. tried his very best to make sure he lighten as much as he could on a tought tea stain.
I like the no soap smell and you just do a really good job of cleaning.
Timely and professional
The young man doing the cleaning was a little early, called first, protected our furniture, walls and walls. Hew did an excellent job of cleaning and he was fast. He left the home much better than he found it.
The representative was very good at his job, also very friendly. Enjoy having him in my home. The carpets and the couch look great. Very clean. Thank you.
I saw areas with soap around the door which the tech didn't pick up. Obviously I don't want to call him in again to fix it. Lot of mosquitoes came into the house with door wide open.
The tile and grout cleaned up just like the tech said it would. The heavy area's in the kitchen not as much but it was alot worse. The tech was very polite.
The method of cleaning
The only thing was the guy forgot to call ahead a few minutes before arrival time.

The closet carpet was cleaned even tho the rug was covered with shoes because it was never included.

Casey was an excellent technician and did a very comprehensive and thorough cleaning. Zerorez did a good job with providing time windows and communicating.
The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
I thought the guy that did my floors was very good and I was pleased with the way my carpets turned out. I'm not convinced that I was charged fairly based on what I was told in two different conversations with office personnel . . . the first one I do not have the name and the second was Teddi.

I was disappointed with the corners and along the baseboards I had to clean out the muddy areas were left behind. . I also was really surprised when it cost me $100 to do my area rug and runner which only took 25 minutes to clean. I could have almost bought a new one for that price. It just wasn't what I expected. I had heard and saw what a great job they had done for other clients.
We are a repeat customer and look forward to the Zerorez service. The Zerorez representative always listens and makes suggestions to make our service a success. I provided information about our last tile cleaning service and the process was adjusted to produce a 100% successful service.

Carpets dry quickly and tile looks great
Still have a spot on the carpet, streaks on both loveseats and still have spots on both loveseats. Last time you did the carpets only and the service was great. Right now I' m waiting for a call back to "fix" these issues. I anticipate you will make right on the cleaning.
