Results look great, fast dry, professional technician, phone rep very courteous, advance notice on arrival abd right on time. Nice company all around.
To begin with, your service man was very personable He knew exactly what to do quickly and efficiently. He explained the different procedures which I liked. Helped me to see why he was doing certain things. He is an outstanding worker and I definitely would want him to clean my carpet and tile again.

Charge the correct amount. I was over charged $75 but didn't know it until I looked at the email receipt today. Technician should show the itemized bill to the customer and have them sign than one. It makes me think he didn't show me the itemized bill on purpose.

good cleaning
I'm a mom, one toddler and expecting a second one in December. When I was pregnant with my first, I realized how many chemicals I had in our house. Ever since, I've done everything possible to cut out as many chemicals out of our lives as possible. What I love most about your company is that you only use water as a cleaning agent. I plan on being a long time customer and using you to deep clean everything in my house!

My carpets are cleaner then they have ever been, and our zerorez guy Dylan was so accomodating, professional and thorough. He was absolutely wonderful, and I have super clean carpets to prove it.
