Your carpet cleaner was very nice and did a great job.

I have used Zerorez three times now. I'm very happy with the results but I am tired of the tech's lecturing me about any stains on my carpet, particularly the pet stains. I called you because my carpet needs to be cleaned! The last tech I had was wonderful, this time, not so much. He seemed annoyed to be working at all and told me I really should replace my carpet in my very large family room!!! Is he going to pay for it???? I just want my carpet cleaned, not be made to feel awful because I have a dog. I wish I could request a tech and get the same one every time. It would not be the one I just had, that's for sure.

This time the job was sloopy and it seems that the carpet was not cleaned properply in one bed room. Plus there dirty water left on the title next to the carpet I had to clean this up. The worker was nice just did not do a good job.

Transparency with the formula you use to determine what is considered a room and the resulting price. Phone contact is great, scheduling is easy, and communication about anticipated appt. time is important

Why do the spots that I had now yellowish in color? I had the protection put on for the traffic areas. Does that make it turn yellow? Are your products different? I would highly recommend Hayden

The guys work hard and do a good job. There is a problem with the way the bids are done. A quote being given over the phone and then your representative coming out with a more aggressive approach to measuring and bidding gives the consumer the feel that there is a significant motivation/incentive to upsell your product rather than a genuine interest to serve the clients needs at fair market value for services performed. This is consistent with the experience of my wife's office and reviews online. You guys are doing yourselves a disservice with this model. I, likely, will have 2-3 estimates orior to having further interactions with you guys. I currently feel that i would have received a better deal had i followed my traditional approach of several bids before allowing work to be done. this is not a business model that has longevity/loyalty in mind.

Like the great customer service. The tech was great and the corner protectors were a nice surprise.

First we had our carpets cleaned and they looked fantastic. So when we decided to have our tile all cleaned we decided to go with Zerorez because we were so satisfied with their work. We had Kevin and he did a great job on both carpet and tile. So thanks to all of you for a great job. My carpet looks fantastic and I hope with no soap used it will not track dirt as before when other carpet cleaning companies cleaned it.

I am very pleased how easy my carpet came clean. Like new! And that clean lasts 4 times longer than other cleaners.

No after smell and carpets look wonderful.

What I liked is that no soap or detergents were used to clean the tile and carpet, which would leave a residue if used. The tech took his time going through the whole house and he didnt care how long it will take to get the job done, which was awesome! Very satisfied with everything.

We have Shaw carpet purchased from Costco and they recommended Zerorez which is the only carpet cleaner we have used. Unfortunately, your product does not remove all of the dirt spots/areas. The last technician was very professional and polite but your product just doesn't clean the carpets the way other carpet cleaners have performed.
