Kevin the tech who came to our house was excellent and did a very thorough application for us. We knew our great room carpet had issues because of 2 sick dogs but were quite surprised at the price to extract the spots. Kevin did work with us to make it more in our budget. Just after talking to customer service I had a $ amount in my head and was not close. Not that the rep had given me a $ amount it was solely conjecture on my part. We will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

Erick was very courteous and professional. He did an outstanding job in cleaning one particular bedroom that was heavily soiled (coke spill) and in removing soap residue from chemicals used on the carpet. I'm very satisfied; would definitely have Zerorez do my carpets again! Thank you.

Dillon was awesome... He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. After he was done which didn't take long at all, my carpets looked brand new. My carpets weren't soaked when he was done just slightly damp. I love that because it doesn't take them forever to dry. Everything! Robert Holt was very professional & did a great job removing the pet stains
from my carpet using only water. In the past, stains from massage oil were also successfully removed without damaging the carpet. I like having clean carpets withOUT
the crunchy soap residue and without dangerous chemicals.
