I scheduled an 8AM appointment (first call) and you still couldn't make it until 9AM. That is not how you keep a customer. NO EXCUSE!
Very thorough with cleaning and employee was very informative
I like the empowered water no chemicals. The technician was friendly and explained scotch guarding. It smelled good and wasn't all stiff and crunchy when it dried.

Casey and Preston (my service technicians) were very professional and informative. Casey was knowledgeable and was able to give me information about my carpets and that information allowed me to make decisions on additional services Zerorez was able to provide for me. Staff was friendly and services were quick and efficient.
The process worked beautifully on my front entryway stone floor. It didn't do anything for cleaning my marble floor tile in the master bathroom. The technician also represented that they could clean my marble shower floor and it looks exactly the same...sort of disappointed that I paid for that service and saw no benefit. The two that came to do our service were very nice. I will use the service again for my entryway stone floor only in the future.

Tell people to move everything off their floors before grout cleaning as I thought the worker would move my wood kitchen table.
Promptness of arrival time, thoroughness of the job and any cleanup and reasonable pricing.
The shower area was not done throughly. There is still many areas that actually have green and black on it. I had to ask the guy to clean up water on the laminate. The fringe on the rug that was cleaned didn't come clean. There were puddles of water in the living room from the hose that were not cleaned up. I wish your execution of the job was as good as your marketing. Also areas not covered under the sale seemed very expensive

The phone staff was excellent, patient and friendly. They assisted me with what I needed and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need or ask for. The technician was early and again was friendly and explained everything that was going to be done without trying to talk me into additional services. He explained the pet treatment and what it will and will not do. The product removed 99% of the stains and dried remarkably fast.

My carpets look wonderful and they were quite dirty. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets(Kevin)was very professional. Couldn't have ask for better service from him, however the ladies on the telephone didn't appear to have it "all together." I spoke to two different operators and neither of them seemed to have a handle on what they were doing.

I already have shared before and after pictures with my coworkers. Anthony Laytart was excellent and did such a professional job. I appreciate being able to take before and after pictures. I plan to contact you again to clean all of my tile. I also appreciate the water sprayer and would be interested in purchasing a larger amount. Is the water ok to use in the laundry for stains??
