Nick was pleasant and respectful the issue we have is that the next morning after everything was dry we noticed there are many areas that we feel the grout is still dirty. We called Sunday morning but you were closed. We hope to speak to you tomorrow, Monday morning. Again you have cleaned tile of ours before but this is not at that standard. I like that your products are non-toxic water based. I have allergies so I appreciate the clean smell and feeling following cleaning. Your technicians are not only well trained and do a great job, Clark, who cleaned our carpets this time, was respectful, friendly, polite, and answered questions we had. Dirty area on den carpet did not come clean and a new spot appeared. Two new spots appeared in guest room carpet. I called your office on Saturday and I am scheduled for a return visit to correct these issues on 11/30. Customer service was very helpful.
