Although our technician was knowledgable and pleasant, the result of the cleaning process left my carpets and chairs looking no different than before the cleaning..."wear" area and more soiled areas looked as dark ,if not more so, than prior to the cleaning. I don't think there is any way to "make it right" .

You don't move furniture and for that reason I could not recommend you to any older friends.
The young man who showed up at our door was very professional and thorough. He explained what he was going to do and worked quickly and effectively. There was a problem with him being unable to clean our tile because of a previous sealer on it and he worked very hard to explain why and make the situation right.

Your price was too high for the services I received. The pet stains are still visible. The area rug still looks dirty. And I didn't have two other area rugs done because of the price quoted. I'm not sure how it is you can clean three rooms for $129 but you want $1.50 a sf for an inexpensive 5x8 nylon area rug x3.
Love how really clean and how friendly the service people are. Will always continue to use Zerorez for all our household cleaning.
Reasonable price, courteous service, job well done
Cost. I cleaned my tile and carpet during September because carpet and tile were the same price including sealing. When he arrived though I found out that since my tile was travertine it wasn't included in free sealing. I should have been told that when I received a quote. If the woman on the phone would have told me that I would have shopped more comparing prices. I started with a $470 quote and ended at $990.
We have been 100% happy with ZeroRes in Oregon and here until this time. Our carpets were left very wet and parts are still not dry. That has never happened. I paid $10 each for rugs from our motor home that are only six months old and were custom made. They only had daily wear and it looks like a couple of them were never cleaned. Last time the ZeroRes employee was able to get out really bad spots.
The tech did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. I like that the product is chemical free.

Chemical free and tends to appear clean for longer periods between cleanings.
For new customers go over the pricing before they start cleaning so they aren't surprised what they have to pay. The carpet cleaner never went over any pricing with me at all! The lady on the phone said the landings were included in the price of the staircase and they are not. When I called to complain they took off 1 landing because I have 2.
Andrew was very informative about what could and could not be done.
