Price was way to expensive for the service that was rendered. It was the worst job of carpet cleaning I have ever experienced, and the tile and grout cleaning was hardly noticeaable. I felt that price of $129 was just a come-on, because the carpet cleaning ended up costing $229,and that did not even cover two small area rugs that I asked to be cleaned. The worker said he would just include that in the price, but in the end, he wanted an extra $100 to do those two small rugs. We ended up paying an extra $144 for tile and grout cleaning that was very unsatisfactory. I have had many other carpet cleaning jobs done that never cost me over $200, and the carpet was cleaner in the end, than the job done by Zerorez. The workers did not even get behind doors, and around the baseboards. A urine spot was not eradicated, and the workers were aware of that spot, but did not get it removed. Also, a whole area was missed in the living room. We needed to remove all furniture, and in the past my carpet cleaners did not hesitate to move smaller pieces of furniture. A small chest in dining room was not cleaned underneath, and an occasional chair in the master bedroom was not cleaned under. These pieces could have been easily moved by the two men that were sent out on the job. Price kept being adjusted, and I felt they were just trying to get the most money out of me that was possible. In conclusion, I was not at all happy with the job that was done, and the manner in which it was performed. I will never give Zerorez a good recommendation to anyone, but instead will tell anyone desiring carpet cleaning to steer clear of your company. Sorry, but I am just being truthful, and I plan to call Sean Hannity who recommends your company and tell them just what I think of Zerorez, and report my disappointment with your company. Another service representative is coming out in a few days, and I will see if the service is performed any better to my satisfaction.

With the commercials I hear on JJR radio show, they say they get every stain out, blood etc. I had a stain in a closet from a refridgerator and it is not completely gone. I fail to see the difference between ZeroRez and other cleaning companies.

I told the tech that I had other services in the past and by the third month the stains would return. I showed him the stains and he went over them once and only once
I took before and after photos as well. I showed him that the stains were still there. He stated, that after doing this all day that they're hard to see. It hasn't even been a month and the stains are back. Your adds are false.

How could could I not say good things about Zerorez, and the tech was pretty good too. The reality is that Kris had never seen tile cleaning before and she was over-impressed with the results.

The carpet looks great when the guy cleaned it but by the next morning a lot of the spots were back already listening to John Jay and rich rave about you guys is why I called mine aren't even pet stains and they're already back so I don't know that I would recommend you guys for $143 I could have done the same job myself

The entire process was simple and quick. The technician did a wonderful job and everything came out great. I had 2 couches, 1 love seat, a set of stairs and my livingroom carpet done. When everything dried it was soft to the touch. My carpet wasn't crispy feeling like it was when other companies had cleaned it. You guys are awsome! Thank you. First name removed.
I would suggest not having such late service windows on Saturdays. Although the technician arrived within the 4 - 6 pm window, it really cut into the evening.
