It was easy to schedule. The reminder call was helpful. It was only a 2-hour window for the appointment. The technicians arrived on time after that very helpful 15 min. notification.
They were in uniforms that showed they were Zerorez and immediately introduced themselves. They were courteous and very clean and tidy. They talked with me and let me know different choices that I had and why these things might be appropriate. They did not pressure me to buy more "stuff" or "services" They worked quickly and did a great job. They were out of here in no time.
Excellent tile and grout cleaning aND grout sealing. Also very good carpet cleaning.
I was expecting my tile/grout to be much cleaner. The reason for the service was to remove extensive stain in the grout. Unfortunately that did not happen.
I like the fact that there is no harsh chemicals used on my floor because I have pets and I do not use them myself when I clean my floor

The person who cleaned my carpets was polite, efficient and on time. He adequately explained what may have caused a stain that remained in the carpet. His work was clean and he put up guards to protect the corners from getting scraped.
Service was great as the tech made sure my floors and grout were really clean.

I wanted the bathroom in the master bedroom tile floor cleaned. He started it and then stopped, and said he was finished. He then said he wasn't charging me for it because he didn't get it entirely clean. I appreciate him being honest about it, but I WANTED THE FLOOR CLEAN. He did continue with the kitchen tile floor and then the carpeting. The last time I had your company in you did a fantastic job, this time not so good. Will I have your company in again, I don't know!!
Used you before and very satisfied. This time, carpets were left wet unclean spots, had to bring his equipement back in to redo.But most unsatisfied with VERY DAMP carpets, unlike previous calls. Also $500 seemed a bit high for this kind of service.
