Only drawback is the drying time. Some areas are still wet (quite damp) and it has been 24 hours.

The in home service was good and the gentlemen were professional.
Only hick up was that my area rug to be cleaned never made the initial request list over the phone when I made the appointment. I brought it to the attention of the woman who was making my appointment but she did not note the area rug so there was more work to do than what they were aware of.
Great job.

very friendly and professional staff, quality of carpet cleaning product, great results and the little things...for example, the technician called me after he had finished to to verify that I was aware of a spot in the carpet that he tried but just wasn't able to get out...who does that these days!
We liked the 15 min. call before the technician arrived and he came on time. We love the Zerorez process.... very clean carpet and tile... but NO REZ, which is great! Jeff Klaus was our technician. He was excellent... we will request him again!!!

Very professional techs, cognizant of protecting walls from hoses, using no detergents that can become embedded in carpet and make it more prone to soil as easily.
We had our tile floor cleaned. I feel like there is a film on the floor. I had to clean a spill on the floor and I was shocked how dirty the floor when cleaning the spill right after we had the floors cleaned. When walking on the tile floors in bare feet after they were cleaned, it felt like there is a film on the floor.
Love the way kevin, explained the way the water changes from regular tap water. Love the hot water and how he extracted it.

Did everything' that was promised, your representative Kenneth was very professional, the only issue I had was I feel that your prices are very expensive. Just under $400 for 2 hours work is a lot.
