You have gotten my carpet cleaner than other services i have used.

Hmmm....Based on past experience, I would have given Zerorez a 10+, but this last experience felt off. Although I appreciate how nice of a young man Brandon was, he missed an entire section behind a door that I didn't see until the carpeting had dried enough that I could go into that room and look at everything. At first I thought it was a shadow, but further examination showed a clear miss. The remainder of the room looks good, but I now have a 2 foot section that looks a different color now and not sure how to fix.
The young man who did my carpets was very nice, informative and explained everything before he did something. Then he checked with me afterward to make sure it was all approved of. Great customer service.
The technician knew what he was doing! The carpet dried quickly and soft to the touch.

No soap
Service was great in rooms that were low traffic and not too dirty. Toughest room did not get cleaned very well and while the tech was fair and didn't charge me, a service that can't clean your carpets doesn't seem that great. Would recommend for friends in houses without pets but not those with.
It was very efficient. Very fast. And our floors look great.
I am not satisfied with the results of tile cleaning conducted on 10/17/2015. I will be contacting you tomorrow to request the technician return clean an area that he failed to cover and to redo a few areas that were not satisfactorily cleaned. I have used zerorez twice in the past for carpet cleaning and have been thoroughly satisfied. This is my first experience with tile cleaning and the result is less than I expected.
Very thorough cleaning and no chemicals
We really liked our serviceman! He seemed to really know what he was doing. We think his name was Shawn, but I'm sorry we can't remember. We are requesting that he will come back next Saturday to do the second half of our home, just as we set up our appointments.
Everything was done in a professional manner! Our carpet has never been cleaner! Jeff did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased with the result!
Service Tech Hayden was terrific: professional, efficient, friendly. He is an excellent representative of Zerorez. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. I'm so happy with how great the grout looks. It's like I have a brand new floor!
It cleaned the carpets great
I had my carpets cleaned but they forgot to do master bedroom and did my guest room instead
I let my carpet dry for 1 day, and it was still wet in several areas and it smelled damp. The traffic areas were also visible after 1 day.
I called and you are sending someone out on Monday.

No chemicals.
My fiancé and I just bought a house and the carpets were terrible. I liked that there was a 2 hour window instead of a five or six hours window like most companies. They even called and gave me an eta of when the guy should be there. Dean was on time and really nice. It didn't take too long and the carpets looked amazing when he was done. He even told me that there was a urine smell in 2 of the rooms and that he put a deodorizer in to fix it.
I called for a quote and was quoted $160.00. The only question I was asked was how many rooms? The Sq ft was never mentioned in the initial phone call. When the tech arrived, he measured and said it would cost $372.00. I was upset. I called to talk about how if you quote someone the Sq ft cost should be mentioned. If I knew it would have cost that much I would have not done it. I would like some sort of resolution. Please call me at Phone number removed.
Great customer service. I had the tech try to clean two different carpets. Neither of them would come clean and there was no charge. Also the tech was very professional. I had my tile floor cleaned and it looks great.
