I like that you use no soap. The workman(Andrew) was technically proficient and friendly. I recommend both.
No chemicals and carpet looks great
Your biological pet service is a joke. You're just like any carpet cleaning service. When you're finished the carpets are still wet there still a residue it takes hours to dry just like any other carpet service. The urine smell from where show the guy my cat Peed is still there. The real heavy pets soiled areas I replace the tack strip and base board in the urine smell is still there. When I pulled up the carpet to replace the baseboard and tack strip it looks like The urine spread from being wet and not sucked up properly by your machine. I was told my arrival time for your tech mission was 2-4, he wanted to show up three hours earlier while I was still at work. And I still requested a 15 to 20 minute call ahead before he arrived and that never happened and he still arrive 20 minutes early. I honestly feel like I wasted $229 on having you come clean my carpet. I am 100% dissatisfied. There is nothing that separates you from other carpet cleaning services. I have already told three colleagues and a family member that want to do use you not too.

The main stain I was concerned about is still there and still smells bad. You are over priced in my opinion and do not do any better of a job than lower priced carpet companies I have used in the past. The only plus was the technician. He was polite and professional.

The customer service from scheduling my appointment to employee, Kevin, that provided the service. Kevin was excellent!!! Professional and courteous, plus he did an outstanding job and my carpet looks great.

You over advertise that you can get wine stains and any stain out of the carpet. This is not true.

My carpet hadn't been cleaned in years so there were many stain that I thought was impossible to remove but no! It's amazing! All the stains are gone and the carpet looks brand new!

the workmanship was horrible. its been now a week, and the smell of musky wet carpet has not dissipated, and though the carpet looks better, your tile cleaning is horrible! we have travertine stone floors, and after the worker completed his "cleaning" and was ready to charge me an outrageous amount of money for a horrible job, I told him the job was far from satisfactory! the floor looked dirtier then before he started, the travertine was covered in a very noticeable film, and residue I buffed out with a towel and showed him the filth! after several attempts by him to BS me that it was just the glare, he finally admitted to it, and said he would mop it up! I asked him to settle the bill and to please leave and I would rent a buffer and do it myself! I will NEVER use Zerorez again, no will I recommend you to friends or family!
